What a lovely day to be in my studio! I loved putting the final touches to this painting. Lots going on in this composition. Relating the blues and keeping them moving throughout the painting was needed for this painting to have a cohesiveness. I am very pleased with the outcome. Bonnie's Paint Box
As a second career I started painting in oils again after a long absence. My work is in many private art collections as well as galleries. I am represented in the Carriage House Gallery in Boerne, Texas and the River Art Gallery in Downtown San Antonio, Texas in historic La Villita Village. I am an associate member of Oil Painters of America and a member of Boerne Professional Artists. I paint mostly still lifes and landscapes from my studio in the Texas Hill Country.

New Beginnings
O. K. I have finished and moved into my studio in the Texas Hill Country. I will be taking students beginning in March and am excited to be able to share this beautiful space with others. The weather here in Texas exceptionally nice for January. Makes me want to open the doors and windows and paint to my heart's content. No better therapy! Contact me by email at bmannartist@gmail.com for class schedules. See you in March!

COLLECTABLES
Painting time has been a little slow with the holidays and taking time to enjoy family. This is my latest. I have a 'start' on the easel. Hope to get back to daily painting in January. Happy New Year to all my patrons and friends of the arts. Thank you for your support and encouragement throughout 2012.

At the Ready 12x12 Contact me to purchase
This was interesting to paint. Loved experimenting with the cloth and fringe and the tubes of paint. Brushes were fun too!
